In this lecture we look at the relationship between angular variables and
their linear counterparts. We then introduce the idea that a net torque leads to
angular acceleration. When the net force and net torque is zero, then we have
neither linear nor angular acceleration. This is known as equilibrium. We do a
couple of examples of equilibrium.
